   Reservation through Open Table requiring a credit card and noting a $25 per person no-show/late cancellation fee was off-putting. Arrived 20 minutes early, at our desired time which showed no availability online, to find many open spots. Room seemed dark and quiet for our 6 pm arrival. Very nice bar service with capable and friendly bartender and bar bill transferred to table when we were seated at our reserved time. Friendly and knowledgeable waiter who helped us with menu items. Prompt service with frequent check-ins. Excellent food choices from all areas of the menu. Crudo was very good. Overall - very good service and food. A bit pricey but quality is worth it.

   The food was incredible, we particularly loved the chicken! The ambience was perfect and it was an overall wonderful place to go for a few drinks and a lovely dinner. Would recommend to all!

   The look and feel is awesome! Some funky dishes that you don’t get often which was a good twist as well.

   I can't say I could find a reason to return to Arlo Grey. Kristen Kish must not have much to do with this establishment anymore, and frankly, it's a shame her name is attached to it. Our server was laughably terrible. We were seated next to a loud party, and when we mentioned it, he ignored us. 2 courses in, he asked if we wanted to switch tables....ummm...that ship has sailed, buddy. He asked if there were any dietary restrictions or allergies. I informed him that I was allergic to raspberries and blackberries. When he took our drink order minutes later, I asked if the bartender had a particular mocktail they made well. He enthusiastically told me that they could make me a RASPBERRY spritz 🤔🤔🤔 When I told him that was obviously not going to work, he had the audacity to ask why??!! The burrata was the best. Solid dish. The cauliflower was fried cauliflower. Like, ballpark food. The "mustard" sauce on the side had no hint of mustard flavor whatsoever. The crispy rice dish (apparently the signature dish 🤨) had little flavor. I was craving some sort of Asian sauce like soy or hot mustard.....literally anything. The half brick chicken was fine, but truly nothing I couldn't cook at home and for the price tag and gravitas of the restaurant should have been MUCH better. Also, none of our dishes were served with serving utensils! Another note: the server asked us how we wanted things coursed out. We told him. That was not at all followed. Our dessert was called a matcha cheesecake that had no relation to cheesecake and barely tasted of matcha. It was a white cake with maybe some cheeseish topping. The strawberry sorbet was nice but I mean, it's strawberry sorbet. I won't remember this meal, but I'll remember what a rip-off it was and the lack of customer service. Sadly, I'd also think twice before going to another Kristen Kish establishment,and if she plans to have a long career like a Michael Mina (always consistent and great), this should concern her.

   All of the service we received was fantastic! The hostess was immediately kind and welcoming and our server was super attentive and helpful in describing the menu and answering any questions that we had. All the food we got was lovely. We ordered the sourdough, beignet, crispy rice, rabbit & ricotta dumplings, cheesecake and lime sorbet. I would probably order everything again, but the fluffy cheesecake was more like a cake so I would probably try a different desert. Ambiance was fantastic and it felt busy but not crowded. I would absolutely recommend checking this place out!

   Food overall was good but some of the smaller dishes were just ok. The ribeye and chicken were excellent. Service was extremely slow and the place was not packed. The dishes were coursed out and by the time we got the main dishes, it was so late that everyone lost interest.

    Everything was outstanding! Food was delicious, every single bite. Service was amazing as we were celebrating our anniversary and they acknowledged it with a nice note and service. Loved everything about our experience here.
