The customer service was on point. We were immediately greeted upon entering. We were seated quickly. Our waiter Manuel was knowledgeable about the menu options including vegetarian favorites for myself. The eggplant Parmesan was AMAZING! The desserts were chefs kiss. Everyone knows you can't come to New York without having cheesecake and Arno's cheesecake was incredible. I would totally recommend! Overall, I give Arno a 10/10. Must try!

Nice Ambiance, very attentive staff. Food was good, had better. Bresaola was dry, way too much cheese and wilted spinach on top. Mushroom pasta was quite good.

Very attractive restaurant, lovely service and delicious food! And we could actually have a conversation, although it was late so the dining room was fairly empty. Three of us all liked our food very much - no complaints. And the waiters were friendly and always there when we needed them. Food was served promptly. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!

If you are going to a play off of 42 nd street to 50 th and want to have Good Italian this is the place to be. Great service, good variety and specials. In and out with only a short walk to the theatres as well as public parking across the street from the restaurant.
