AMPERSAND is an intimate bar overlooking downtown Boise. We are officially the highest, in elevation, bar in the State of Idaho - and likely the smallest as well. Boasting views of the Capital Building and the Boise foothills AMPERSAND is a true gem in the Gem State! The bar program at AMPERSAND is unique, there is no menu, all beverages are custom tailored to the patrons wishes.

      What an amazing view and fabulous drinks! We loved everything about coming here and I am so happy it’s the one place I planned to take my bestie visiting from Texas! The mixologist was amazing! Tiny and intimate… love it!

      Be forewarned that it is EXTREMELY small! So people might overhear conversations. It was super cute and vibey. Bartender did a great job making the cocktails. You are definitely paying for the experience though because you only have time for one drink (unless you aggressively drink the first and there is a lull in people coming up).
