   Dined at in the red room, the food was okay the drinks were not great however I do like the service and the ambiance.

   Food was fine, drinks were fine, and when I’m paying 30 dollars for a drink and 25 for an app I expect it to be MUCH better than fine. On top of that everything on their pages suggests there was live music but there was not. I might have looked passed the prices if they had that but they did not. I would not recommend this. Honestly was so expensive we had one drink each and an app and left to go somewhere else early.

   Food excellent— had California roll, Spicy tuna roll, and heart of palm salad. Service very attentive, thank you. Only drawback was very loud music, mostly rap, that we couldn’t get away from, despite there being several rooms and a large bar to choose from. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to enjoy the food and atmosphere. We did ask if volume could be lowered in the small room in which we were the only guests, but this could not be accommodated.

   Cocktails were a little underwhelming, but the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the shishito pepper appetizer! Our reservation was at 10:00 PM, so we were there right as they were transition from their dinner crowd into their late night one, so keep in mind it gets pretty loud in there - but absolutely loved the atmosphere and would definitely go back!

   I don’t normally leave reviews, but we had the best experience at Lilac…i thought it should be shared. From the service, to the ambiance, to the unbelievably amazing 4 course meal…it was all perfection. We were celebrating our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate. Complimentary champagne, caviar & and decorated cookie at the end that had a picture on it of where my husband and I first met. It was such a special touch! Our waiter Jeremy was so kind & warm. We really enjoyed talking with him & appreciated his help when making decisions on what to pick. Everything we ate was so unique and delicious. We left there full & so happy! We will definitely be back.

   1st time there after a show at the Amalie on a Saturday night. Went to the bar, got no service so we booked a table on-site.We were sat immediately with a very nice hostess. 1st thing we noticed was the loud music. For the space the DJ had the music so loud we were literally yelling at each other. Other tables were yelling at each other too. It’s drinks and apps not a night club. Ordered the dumplings (they were good but a very small serving) and the Hearts of Palm Salad which had two ingredients missing and we were told it was “in the sauce” so literally it was a bowl of peanuts. Very expensive for what you get, service was the only good thing. If you get bad service there then there’s a problem. The place has no more than 10 tables. Overall we won’t be back. Place gives the vibes of trying too hard and we weren’t impressed.

   I recently celebrated my birthday and New Year’s Eve at The Arts Club, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I made a reservation for 10pm and was initially seated in the black room. After asking about the space, I was informed that the red room offered full-service food and drinks, so I requested to be moved there. Once in the red room, I was told the kitchen had closed, despite being told earlier that food would be served until 11pm. After some back-and-forth, my server, Alex, agreed to take our order. However, the food arrived wrong multiple times—incorrect dishes, missing items, and even melted ice cream as our desserts were delivered with the appetizers. Alex was unhelpful, unapologetic, and seemed irritated throughout, which made the whole experience frustrating. I also ordered a bottle of champagne to be delivered at 11:50pm, but it didn't arrive until midnight, causing us to miss the celebratory toast at the ball drop. To top it off, we had to drop our checks off at the bar because Alex was too busy with another table. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing, especially considering we spent over $500. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, as this experience was far from the standard I expected.

   we really loved the ambiance and the martini cart experience was outstanding but sadly the red room wasn’t opened on a saturday night which is what we were excited to see visiting from out of town

   Service was impeccable. The drinks and food were great. The ambiance was relaxed until later in the evening. However, it should be noted that it is really dark in there which meant people were reading the menu with their flashlight on. They didn’t acknowledge our special occasion, but that was the only downfall.
