   Took an hour to receive our food because our waitress was dealing with a personal issue (tables nearby seated after us ordered and received their food a while before before we did). 4 out of 5 plates were then brought out, and one of them was ice cold and gummy/chewy. Sent it back and it was returned with the missing 5th plate (which was the same order as the cold one), but still only slightly tepid. Also we had to change our orders because they couldn’t make scrambled eggs that morning (it was Sunday brunch?) and could only do fried eggs? None of us could understand what would prevent them from scrambling…

   It was Taylor swift weekend but it literally took over an hour to get our food and some of it was cold

   We came here to take advantage of their eras tour themed menu and we were not disappointed! We had a reservation at 11:30, we got there around 11:15 and were seated immediately. We each got a cider flight and all selections were delicious! My favorite was the fleeting youth! The albatross sandwich was to die for, and I will be dreaming about it until I can figure out how to make it at home. Overall so happy we decided to give it a try. My sister prefers gluten free bread and they had that available as well. Lots of options for whatever you’re craving. Service was very quick! I would 100% come here again if I found myself in Indy.

   The cider was good and my burger was really good. The service was terrible and the wait time was way too long. Our waitress came out but didn’t tell us on her own (we had to ask about our food) that the kitchen was slow. This was after half hour of waiting. Someone else asked if we were ok and we said I it’s been 40 minutes and we have no food. Another shrug and sorry. We had a concert to get to. Almost 55 minutes later our food arrives. Sandwiches were good but my fries looked to be the last of the last batch while my friends were fresh. Not ok after a long wait and not ok that one plate of fries looked noticeable different. Again. A shrug and a sorry. Nothing to make any of it right. Not inclined to go back if no one seems to care about poor, slow service.

    One of my new favorite places! Delicious variety of food items. Flights of their hard cider. And outstanding service.
