   The new location in Carmel was very busy for this Saturday night. We had to wait for a table and then wait quite a while for service but I think they were just very busy and this is a new restaurant. They were out of many things different siders and different food items so I’m sure that is part of the growing pains. It’s a really cool location and I think it has the potential to be awesome!

   Quality of food was not good…waitress would stop by occasionally to check on us in spite of her passing by on a regular basis. Doubt I will return.

   Food was tasty but service was slow and 3 of the 4 meals came out cold. Most of the issues, I believe, were related to being short staffed so we will try again. Our server was working hard and tried to make things right so we appreciated that. Had to ask for a few things multiple times, timing of food was slow, had to ask for check, but hoping they can correct these issues moving forward. The food options were great and very reasonable prices, which are appreciated.

   We made a reservation thinking it would be busy (since it's swiftie weekend). When we got there it wasn't clear how to check in. We got to the bar and were ignored for 5+ minutes. When we got to the table, we didn't hear from anyone again. The table next to us had been there a while and told us we should just leave because their service had been so far. We didn't try the food, which is why it was rated a 3. Everything else was poor. Super disappointed. To be clear, it was NOT busy at all.

   Everything was great. We were seated right away. Jordan took care of us and we definitely would recommend asking for him.

   We really enjoyed our time at Ash and Elm! So fun to see our friend Bryn, too!! We enjoyed the Pineapple Cider and the Cherry! The Turkey Sandwich was super good and everything else was great too! We met up with friends from Carmel and felt comfortable and not rushed! Great social place!

   One of the best Gluten Free menu's in the Indy area. cheese curds, fish and chips, ciders. Everything was excellent. We will be back.

    We had a wonderful scrumptious dinner and tasty ciders. And the tablet server was outstanding. We waited for at least 10 minutes at the door when walking in, after having made a reservation, for anyone to come to the host station. When we came there was no one in line. After ten minutes the line was out the door and people behind us were flustered because they had reservations as well. After a waitress finally came to the door, some of us were seated but others stilll waiting. This is the second time we’ve come to this location and this has happened both times.
