   We had the oysters and another fish dish; both had a fishy aftertaste and limited flavor. Great bar and ambiance.

   What a fantastic dining experience. We love rooster and the till and wanted to check out Ash. Such an eclectic menu full of items we’ve never tried. Our server Maya did a fantastic job guiding us through what we didn’t understand on the menu. I loved the hamachi crudo, and the fried rabbit!! Dave was awesome in helping us with wine pairing. This is the new spot on Water St. that your tastebuds aren’t expecting, but will be pleasantly surprised. Phenomenal!!!

   Fantastic experience with unique food. The menu will not robust offers a variety of food for everyone along with unique combinations and strong presentation. The server was fantastic and very knowledgeable about everything coming out of the kitchen. The drinks had a variety of options and very clear menu. The ambience was modern, but not your typical overpowering music which can make it difficult to have a discussion at the table. The entire staff was attentive, and the ambience was quite enjoyable. the dessert menu had unique takes on many different staples. overall excellent experience.

   Wonderful experience overall from small plates to pastas to the triple tail and chicken. Our service was excellent and superb throughout our meal.

    We were pleasantly surprised with Ash for many reasons. We were greeted by the hostess and were quickly seated. Everyone was very welcoming. We came to celebrate our anniversary and they made every moment enjoyable. Our server, Ian, described the menu with great detail and offered excellent recommendations. The Focaccia came with Ricotta on the side and it was very tasty. The Sando’s were good as well. The highlights were the pastas and the organic chicken. We ordered the Conchiglie and Casarece pastas. The Conchiglie was very unique, it blends garlic with cheese, tomatoes, and white beans. We had never tried this combination before and fell in love with it. The other pasta was the Casarece, recommended by Ian. It was very light yet very delicious. Ian also recommended the organic chicken. We rarely order chicken in restaurants, but decided to trust Ian. He was spot on. This is probably the best chicken plate we’ve ever tried in a restaurant. It was very flavorful, not dry, and the combination of marsala with the chanterelles and roasted grapes was very unique. Lastly, the dessert was AMAZING. The Caramelia ‘Namelaka’ must be one of the best desserts we have ever eaten. This dessert is now probably our favorite dessert in Tampa. Overall, the staff made our anniversary dinner an unforgettable one. Beauty was in their details. We will be back soon…
