We were sat 30 min after our reservation. The food was OK, nothing special. And the appetizer portions were very small.

Food is delicious! My fiancée and I had the Naples and the Carbonara. Best pasta we’ve had in Boston and we’ve tried many of the North End places. It is very cramped and hot in the restaurant, and the service was a bit slow. The food was worth it!

Highly recommend! Went for a birthday dinner with a group of 7 and everyone in our group loved the restaurant. The food, ambiance, music, and staff were all great. Nice big windows too so it feels spacious for a North End restaurant. We ordered calamari, meatballs (2 people said best meatballs they’ve ever had), caprese, chicken parm, veal milanese, and lasagna. All extremely good. Will be back!

Waiting past a reservation is normal in the North End, as a frequent diner. It’s almost expected it’s fine. But diners have the right to ask how much longer or ask for updates for the table. The front of house was so rude when we asked when our table would be ready 30 minutes past our reservation. It was almost a bonding experience for all waiting diners, how rude the front of house staff was. I won’t ever dine here again just because of how terrible that experience was. Food was good not amazing you can find the same food and better (not as rude) service elsewhere

Great choice on Boston's North End. Personalized service, fantastic food. Manager Justin Lynch was on the floor visiting all tables ensuring that all guest received a fantastic experience. So many choices in this area of the city and this one is not too big to still focus on their guests. The Caesar salad was excellent with a homemade dressing that did not come out of a gallon jug. The Carbonara dish was excellent perfectly cooked along with the short rib of beef on polenta.

Waited 30 minutes after reservation to be seated, hostess was rude. Bus staff rushed my party into taking our side plates while eating bread. Waiter didn’t ask us how our food was and did not frequent our table. We would’ve been interested in another round of drinks or dessert but didn’t see our waiter for 45 minutes after our dinner plates were cleared. Had to ask what looked like the manager for the bill. Food was okay but poor service would make us not want to return.

The wait staff at upper bar was rude and had no idea what wines to recommend. I have never been so unhappy with the servers. They were absolutely terrible. Not good when I work as a wine reviewer for a national publication. Very sad.

This is one of our go-to restaurants in the North End. We love sitting at the bar when we can and the food is always delicious.
