   Really disappointing. The salmon had no taste and neither was the sauce. Took forever to take the order and get the check. I’m not very particular about food but this was just too no taste

   We have dined at Atlantic Grill many times for dinner; this was our first brunch. The service was great, the seating was comfortable, but the food was nothing special and outrageously priced. CONS: (1) The menu was different than what we had seen online; (2) one guest’s order (Eggs Benedict) was served cold (the restaurant rightly offered to replace it which was turned down because of poor timing so they didn’t charge for the dish); (3) my hamburger was supposed to come with extra onion, tomato & cheddar cheese BUT the tomato was underripe, the cheddar slice was so thin it was translucent, and the onion comprised of two tiny rings. When I requested a bit more onion, I was informed there would be an extra charge. All in all, not very classy. P.S. The iced coffee and Prosecco were very good!

   Great ambience, service great. Food was good, not great. Good place to meet for drinks and a quiet meal. Very professional staff. Recommend the place.

   I ordered two sushi rolls, as I was in a bit of a rush and no time to do the pre fix dinner I had originally planned to do prior to the ballet at the Lincoln Center (very close by). Really enjoyed the food, and service was top notch.

   The ambience was elegant and comfortable and the wait staff was accommodating even as we chose to split some dishes. The food was delicious. We were happy diners.

   Reservation made on OpenTable for specific seating request (booth under the Elvis picture) was not honored. People were sitting at that table when we walked in and we were shown to a nearby table. Also it was a birthday celebration (noted on reservation), but no mention of it was made by the servers. Bloody Mary was excellent; best one guest ever had. My crabcake entree (the special) was good as was my husband's grilled Halibut and our guest's grilled Branzino. Service by bartender was great, but service by waiter was perfunctory and lacked warmth. Atmosphere was good as was noise level. Overall, a pleasant experience and would go back, but disappointing that special reservation requests were not honored.

    This is a tough one for me, because socializing with friends and trying new places to eat in NYC is common for me. Positives: the food was great, good presentation and portion sizes, the crowd and noise level were quiet -moderate, the ambiance was nice. Negative: the service. It was perfunctory, the server did his job but had a very dry demeanor. My friend who had ordered a glass of Sancerre, felt like he had talked down to her when he started offering different types of white wines that she could have. At any eatery, the service should be welcoming and friendly, especially at their price point. Both my friend and I left feeling happy about the food, but unsettled by the employee demeanor. I can’t say that I’d hurry back or recommend bc the experience was off putting.
