   We love coming to Homeslice for our favorite Pizza and great service. Jamie is the best! We’ve always walked away satisfied.

   Food tasted okay. Not fabulous but not bad. However felt terrible when I got home. Server was very nice. It felt empty which detracted from atmosphere but that may have been due to the holiday weekend.

   Just a couple negatives. I guess I can somewhat understand a mandatory 18% tip for large tables but what that did for me was not allow me to leave a well deserved 20%. One diner at my table needed a box for the uneaten pizza. The box provided was improper. A pizza that includes a slaw should not have to be staked in a small box. More appropriate would be one that allows for the pizza to remain on a single layer, as served

   I ordered the smash burger for myself and my dad. I got the fries YUM and he had a salad. We both loved the burger. My son got a cheese pizza and said it was really good too while he devoured my fries! LOL The only disappointment was the Al Pastor Pizza. My husband was expecting lots of savory flavored shredded beef on the pizza but instead it was just a handful of chunks of meat. Very disappointing. There was WAY more grilled pineapple (which I think should not be on pizza but that’s my opinion). I suggested he say something at the time but he said he wouldn’t be back so why.

   Fantastic brunch! Eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked and sauce was spot-on, delicious. Chicken sausage breakfast sandwich, and chicken sausage pizza with hot honey we’re both winners, too! Highly recommend for brunch as well as dinner, love this local spot.
