   The waitress was lovely to us and there are many more reasons that I would recommend this place to others. It's quite a large space with excellent décor so you can actually hear each other speak. Very nice and varied selection of food and wines available and the duck salad starter was a delicious take on the classic crispy duck we're all so obsessed with. A thoroughly enjoyable and satisfying evening.

   This place is lovely! Never been there before but went for date night with my husband. Really welcoming staff; had to wait when we got there whilst a table was sorted (we had booked) but there are a couple of nice chairs to sit in whilst you wait. They took our drink order. We did wait around 10 minutes and our drinks didn't come. The left hand side of the restaurant was fairly noisy but lots of groups of birthday parties/girls nights out etc but simply people enjoying themselves. I was hoping we would be seated on the right hand side of the restaurant - small tables and quieter but only because we wanted to chat. We got given a table on the quieter side. Sat down and drinks still hadn't arrived so I reminded the staff and they came almost immediately. To be fair the busy side WAS busy! That was the only "negative" I have about the night. Staff were polite and friendly. The owner or manager (unsure which) and our waitresses were lovely and friendly. Had scallops and king prawns for starters, sea bass and steak medallions for mains and creme brulee for dessert. Two pints of lager, 4 cosmopolitans (which weren't on the cocktail menu but this was no problem) and then offered a drink on the house - we had a Baileys each which got the taste buds going so we had a few more of them too. Bill came to £180.00. I would say this is slightly expensive (we eat out a lot) but as the husband said you don't mind paying when the food is excellent and the ambience so warm and welcoming. I would say it is probably a good place to go for large groups too. We will definitely be going back.

   WOW what can I say. The service was fantastic especially Sawra! She was helpful, attentive and showed exactly what amazing customer service is! The food was amazing and I will be definitely coming back!

   We both ordered fillet steak well done so they were butterflied to make sure they were cooked properly (this should not need to be done everywhere else doesn’t do this) when it came I cut mine in half and it was very red and also very fatty which was more like a rib eye steak as fillet steak has no fat in it, my husbands steak was cooked but also was a bit fatty ( if you have run out of fillet be honest and we can then choose something else and then still charge for a fillet!), I waited for a while as someone normally comes over to see how the food was but no one came so I had to go and find someone, she took steak away I told her that wasn’t a fillet steak she said it will be another 15 minutes, about 25 minutes later the plate turned up she quickly left the table, the steak was so thin it’s like they cut all the fat out and cooked the rest and again I couldn’t eat it I wouldn’t even give it to my dog it was that bad, again I waited for staff to come over but didn’t she went to next table so I got her attention and I told her that this is not acceptable she couldn’t apologise enough. When we got the service she was good but there was nothing in between, one person came over and asked if we wanted more drink we said yes please but nothing came. We’ve been to this restaurant a few times and always had a good experience but unfortunately this time was a very bad experience which I will not be rushing back to.

   Lovely decor and comfortable seating with tables spaced apart for privacy. Staff were welcoming, attentive and seemed to actually enjoy their job. Food was delicious. Crispy duck salad the best I have had. Truffle mushroom risotto divine and the steak was cooked to perfection. Service was efficient and staff did not rush us so we had a relaxed enjoyable evening

   We booked a 5 o'clock table. When we arrived we were catered to pretty quickly asked what our drinks and order was. The children's drinks came and nothing else for over an hour! The children's burgers and our starter arrived at which point we still did not receive our drinks even though I had reminded the waitress she went to "check" when the children had finished we were asked what we would like for dessert...! We still had not eaten! It was now 6:30pm and all of my patience had ran out. So I told my family that it was time for us to go, we spoke to the supervisor who gave us the starter and kids meal complimentary however we were highly disappointed and at this point still had nothing but the mediocre starter. I would not recommend!

   this is my second time and has become my favorite restaurant out the city of London. The service and the food is on point. it really value for money.

   I'm very pleased that we decided to eat here. The 3 of us really enjoyed our food & drinks. The service was very good. We liked the ambience & the layout of the place. We would definitely recommend Azaaya.

    We had the Sunday roast and a few drinks. Given the quality of the food, the cost was decent. The portions of the food were great, especially for me as I like food! The service was amazing and they were friendly and made sure my wife’s birthday was a good one. Thanks guys!
