   It was a horrible experience. We had reservations for 11 pm but we arrived at 9 pm. We went on the rooftop to hangout until our dinner reservation time. We ordered a hookah and some drinks in the meantime. At 10:50 pm we heading downstairs to check in with the front desk people to confirmed our reservation. The girl was like oh I’m the only one at the door give me a second. She looked up the reservation then she left to come back, it took her 20 mins to come back to say she does have anywhere to sit us at the moment. But she is trying to find us a table giver her a second. While on the other hand they were taking under hand payments from people they know and giving them tables before people with reservations. She came back and sat us down at around 11:30 pm. Our server came at 11:45 pm to take our order. Waiter brought a plate to me and too it back and carry it to the table next to us. Then at 12:30 my friends’ food arrived and I didn’t had any food. I had to watch my friends eat while I waited around. Only to find out they give away my food and had to reprepared it. The server came over and apologized and said she has to reorder it because they give my food to the wrong person.

   We went on an off night (Thursday). Food was delicious and service was great, however we would go back on a Friday/Saturday for a better vibe.

   Terrible service. The gal helping us was so dismissive. She had the worst attitude ever. And we are SUCH kind people, just want to have a good time, eat good food, leave good vibes and a great tip. I was shocked to see the lack of hospitality as the island seems otherwise so kind and welcoming. The food is not worth the bad vibes. So many other great choices on the island. Skip this one!

   We had a great experience at Aziza! The food and drinks were so good. DJ was amazing too. Our only complaint is the service is slow. Maybe that's just island time, but we spent a while there. I had a phenomenal espresso martini & lychee martini as well. We shared a couple of appetizers which were all so so good - spicy edamame, hummus, lobster fries and calamari. I ordered the salmon which was delicious and a lot of the other people at my table raved about the pasta. Highly recommend.

   Good experience overall. But it’s a 2 hour limit at each table from the Tim you are seated. The staff are on you like white on rice to get you out.
