   Andy and Audrey clearly set the tone for excellence at the front of house, but the magic happening BEHIND the scenes is equally commendable. The open setting allows diners to appreciate the artistry and effort of the entire team, making the meal not just about the food, but about connection, knowledge, and passion. Meeting each talented chef—Andy, Georgie, Oliver, and the wee Scottish lad—through their courses highlights the dedication and personality behind every dish. The thoughtful wine pairings add another layer of sophistication, showing just how well every element is harmonized. It’s rare to see a team operate with such seamless precision, like a finely tuned machine. It’s the kind of dining experience that leaves a lasting impression. Lots of love, Danny and Alana.

   Another awesome lunch at Behind Restaurant. Fantastic food, great produce, served by friendly chefs, in a cool dining room with a full view of the kitchen. A fully immersive experience. It’s no surprise this place won its first Michelin star after being opened for only 20 days and was today rated by Hardens as the 24th best restaurant in the UK. This is fish cooking at its very best. Superb value too considering the all round experience. An easy recommendation. One of the very best. We will be back in the New Year.

   My husband and I who have have eaten in a lot of Michelin starred restaurants all over Europe consider Behind to be one of the best!

    Delicious food, the courses were so creative and well thought through. The setting and way the chefs serve the tables was also perfect, not too overwhelming, but really nice to be able to see them plate up each dish in front of you. Also loved the shipping forecast playing in the loos. Delicious cocktails too
