   Consistently high-quality drinks, food and service. Always the freshest seafood and unique flavor combinations. I have never had anything there that I didn't like.

   This is an excellent restaurant. We enjoyed multiple small plates, a great bottle of wine, and a delicious dessert.

   Marcella did a wonderful job serving us as we shared the bountiful grilled seafood! The platter is accompanied by crispy roasted potatoes and pieces of corn on the cob. Bacaro has an extensive wine list and the sommelier, Frederico, guided us to a lovely Premier Cru Chablis; the mineral and light flavor of the French Chardonnay was just the right choice for the ocean’s bounty!

   Such a beautiful place. We've been going to Grand Cayman for years and I'm so sad I just now found this place. The setting is lovely, on the inland waterway. It's very pretty inside. We had one of my favorite servers EVER, Kelvin...what a delightful, fun, helpful doll he was! He made the evening so much better. We ordered their famous Venetian Spritz, which I read about on their site and was dying to try (verdict, I'll stick with Aperol Spritz, this one was too bitter for me). It was fun to try it and Kelvin brought us a sample of Aperol, Campari and Apertivo Select (which is what the Venetian Spritz is made from). That was super fun! SInce it's a tapas restaurant we ordered many things. The standout is the Duck Ragout. I have to say, I was hesitant because I don't care for duck. Kelvin talked us into it with his description and I'm SOOO glad he did. It was DIVINE!! So decadent! I would go back just for tha,t with a glass of wine. Highly recommend this place and will definitely go back on our next visit to Grand Cayman.

    Every thing was great! However there was a large party that was extremely loud! That took away from the atmosphere! Once they left it was finally relaxing! It would have been better if they had a private room for large parties.
