   Small plates specialist restaurant. Excellent food quiet atmosphere with first rate service. Good alternative to the noisy and crowded Sunday brunch scene along 7 mile Beach. We shall be back.

   We had a fantastic dinning experience. The food and ambience was wonderful, but what truly made the experience was the waiter. Kelvin was very professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the food/drinks. He was able to help select the best options that suited us while having a fun experience. I also appreciated the attentiveness of the other staff that cleared the plates and provided new silverware with every dish. Lastly, the food of course speaks for itself! Each dish was a unique take with appropriate portions. The best out of everything was the Melon Sour and the Black Tagliolini.

   We had 2 amazing dinners at Bacaro during our trip to Grabd Cayman. The service is top notch and everything we ordered was delicious. The drinks were great and so was all of the food. Our favorite was the Brussels sprouts and the seafood platter. This is a great restaurant to visit if you’re in Cayman.

   We had a great dinner. Our family particularly liked the lobster bites, calamari, Brussel sprouts, shrimp skewers, and tuna tartare. The food came in 3 rounds which was nice.

   As always, the food is fabulous and service delightful. Highlights: buratta, duck confit, beetroot gnocchi, potato Gorgonzola croquettes, jarred chocolate cake.

   Small plates with the freshest raw wahoo and tuna was delightful. Wahoo ceviche perhaps the best I’ve had. Certainly top 3.
