   We made a reservation for the for 7pm. We arrived at 6:40 and had to wait until 8pm to be seated. The food quality has gone down a lot. The desserts were not good. The waiters were really nice though.

   The waiting time is horribly long, we waited in line for 1 hour and 40 minutes with a reservation. The food is great but the price is way too high for what a person can eat. The buffet is definitely overcrowded, the atmosphere is not relaxing at all. The staff works hard but there are so many tables with dirty plates with leftovers, it is definitely not pleasant in such an environment.

   They didn’t even seat us during the time of our reservation! Despite putting in a reservation for 6:15, they still forced us to wait for over 2 hours!!! What even is the point of the reservation at this point??? When the manager came out, he said that the reservation isn’t to be seated at 6:15, but to be allowed to wait in line for 6:15!!! Clearly, he didn’t know what he was talking about; just making an excuse for the horrific service.

   Although we made reservations through this site weeks ago, unfortunately, the start time was not honored. Instead, we waited in an extensive line, for 80 minutes later than the reserved time, (which was 1:15PM) before we were actually seated?!? Which made for a not so pleasant dining experience.

   Waiting line for those that HAVE a reservation was about 1 hour. 2 people for 1pm reservation was $183.00 including tip and tax. Food was standard buffet for us. Nothing so spectacular to make it worth the money. Many, if not majority of people were loading up their plates with snow crab legs, shrimp, prime rib and brisket. Again, it was just alright.

   We had reservation at 5:45 pm but when we arrived at 5:45 pm, we had to wait (looks like a good hours worth). After waited for about 20 minutes, the person who was with me and who is 82 years of age felt very unwell so we had to leave. I had asked the representative who was managing the waiting line to cancel the reservation. So I am disappointed at the time arrangement. Why bother with reservation when we still had to wait an hour?

   Dovevano informarci prima di pagare che il buffet chiude alle 22:40 e che già dalle 22 alcuni piatti non vengono più fatti. In più se io pago per mangiare per 90’ allora non puoi farmi fare una prenotazione alle 21:45 con coda per entrare e ingresso solo alle 22:10. In più non c’era scritto che il costo sarebbe stato differente dal solito.

    We had a reservation, which didn't matter. They took walk-ins who arrived after us, and seated them before us. Our reservation was for 9:45 PM. They told us (after we paid) that they stopped serving food at 10:45. I figured that was not a problem; we didn't need more than an hour. However, when we didn't get seated until 1015, it made what should have been a leisurely experience into a mad dash. Nobody cleaned the used dishes from our tables until after we had finished the complete meal. This left our table piled high with refuse during the entire dinner. A number of items advertised could not be found. The food was mediocre. Don't waste your time or money.
