Michael was a great server. So much more than we expected from a buffet.

The buffet was great. The food had lots of flavor. The only thing I think that would make it better is if it had a salad bar. I personally don’t like premade salads.

The waiting time in line is too long. If it is so long, why do we need to make an appointment? If we have an appointment, why do we have to wait so long?

The services anywhere in Cesar’s is fabulous. It the reason we keep coming back. Dining here was no different. Staff is always helpful, polite, and quick. The food is good. The lumpia and the roast turkey were delicious. I always appreciate a good avocado toast and the charcuterie section was great. As for value… we went in a weekend and at $89 person because it included seafood (crab legs, shrimp, clams, etc) just wasn’t a good value for US (again, my opinion). We weren’t there for the seafood. So that was lost on us. For others, it may have been a great deal. Sidenote… to the little girl at the table next to us who states she “was going to eat enough crab that her hands would turn to claws”. I hope your hands turned to claws sweet girl!

Make sure to book your reservation online before coming. It’s much more organized and faster. The costs for 2 people with taxes and gratuities was around $214. You get seated and the hostess will write the time you sat down on your receipt. You get 90 minutes to enjoy. I was so excited because this is one of the most raved about buffets in Vegas! I set myself up for disappointment. The only things worth eating was the crab legs and dessert station. The other stations were a complete disappointment. I made sure to try a little bit of everything and the food was just too dry, too salty or not very fresh. I was excited to try the barria tacos but the workers were not making them fresh and had them in the silver bins. When asked about it they just gave me a cold one from the bin. The consume also ran out. The Italian food station was just okay. The pizza selection was decent but the pasta and meatballs were just ok. The Asian food station was disappointing too. The worker who was making the soups did not understand which soup the customers wanted because of a slight language barrier but he tried his best. The soups were ok but a bit salty. The meats on the skewers and the beef galbi were dry and hard. The seafood station was good, but out of everything served the crab legs were the best. I would recommend skipping lobster and just enjoying the crab legs. The dessert choices were wonderful. Best choices were the ube chiffon cake, passionfruit cake and the creme brule. Do I feel I got a good value for the money? Absolutely not! Will I be back? Absolutely not at that price. I think people are caught up in the excitement of eating at this overhyped buffet that they don’t really recognize they could enjoy just as good of food elsewhere for a lot less. I want to leave a last nite about the service and staff. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating.
