Christmas Day, $110/pp including tax. Arrived at 4:12 PM for a 4:15 PM reservation, family of 4. Stood in the reservations line for 1hr and 14 mins waiting to be seated. Server was nice and quick enough. Food was excellent. 90 minute time limit was enough.

It was Christmas we made the best of it could’ve been better for $218 for two people just saying merry Christmas and a happy new year!

It was not what we expected for a Christmas Day brunch for the price we paid for. Food options could’ve been better. Main course was of course the prime ribs. Which only came rare. Not sure if there was an option to grill it more, but that line was too long, which was probably why the servers didn’t give an option to cook it a bit more.

I don’t write reviews but this is a must. The price is unacceptable for the quality of food/service you get. The stake was raw meat, literally. The variety doesn’t justify $99 per person on Christmas day. If you charge a special price for a holiday meal, you must provide de food and service to justify the price. The asian section was beyond mediocre. The food setting creates these lines where you are not sure if you get steak or pancakes; it’s such a small place for so many people trying to get food. It makes you feel like you are at a 3 star buffet. The one positive I would mention, the freshly made juice and variety of drinks. If you are looking for a buffet to get your money’s worth for food/service, definitely this is not the one.

We moved swiftly with reservations and we were seated within 20 min of our reservation!!! These front workers to runners of drinks etc are efficient and know how to move thousands of guests!! Buffet was huge and had everything! Exactly why we didn't want family cooking this holiday! Desserts plentiful! Definitely recommend!! All Hosts and Hostesses should be commended on their courteousy! Communication and personality with a smile.

Made reservations weeks in advance (pretty much as soon the reservation window was open). Went on a Tuesday night, two days before xmas. Arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and had to stand in line to "check in." Once the host confirmed we had a reservation, had to wait in another line to pay. After that, waited in another line to be seated. Finally sat down after waiting about 30 to 40 minutes. It was so incredibly crowded. Lines to get food at pretty much every station. Seafood line was the longest (maybe 5 or 10 minutes). Probably spent more time in line than eating. Food was fair. I get that it's a buffet, so I wasn't exactly expecting anything great, but everything was overcooked and poorly seasoned. Service was ok, not that there was much to do for the wait staff except clear plates from the table. Even so, we had plates stacked at our table the entire time. I can only guess there was not much incentive for better service, since you're forced to pay the tip when you paid up front. Minor pet peeve. I had planned to leave a tip at the table at the end, but the payment machine "errored out" when I set the tip to 0%. It was an experience we wanted to try since we'd seen so many youtube videos about it. I guess we viewed it more like an attraction. I definitely would not visit again.
