   We weren’t disappointed with our meal and experience here. The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. What also helped was the theatre discount on the pizzas!! The only thing we had to get used to was the two different types of music playing from Bacino restaurant and then from the flannels store but by the time we were talking loud etc we got used to it

   lovely food and great service , however it is in the Flannels store so be aware of this before you book as it does spoil the ambience .

   Love coming here en route to the theatre . Staff are always lovely and the food is amazing

   Restaurant part of flannels store in Liverpool city centre We have been a few times We had sea bass and fries. Very nice We thought service was not up to standard . Didn't ask if we enjoyed the food. Didn't clear dishes and didn't come up to ask if we wanted desserts. That customer care needs to be improved.

   We love coming here as a treat when my sister and I meet in Liverpool and we have been coming for three years now . It is a while since we have been and both the main meals were disgusting today - however they took them off the bill without us asking which we really appreciated and the desserts were delicious . The service was ok .. the lady forgot our coffee order and we chased her up then she just came back and just asked what did you order ? No apology and not much friendliness .. just not how it used to be - we wil look For somewhere else to meet next time .

   The pizzas were close to the best I’ve had. Atmosphere lacks a bit inside a shopping centre.

   Loved it here! First time we’ve visited but we were impressed with the wide-ranging menu and ambience of the place. Felt modern and up-market and the food was delicious. Will definitely recommend this and will be returning ourselves in the near future.
