   Incredible food and presentation. Lackluster service. Maybe they were upset to be working on Christmas. But not a single server, host or other team member who was above average in service or friendliness.

   The restaurant is in side the Columbus Mall very charm, with good view and nice food. Good experience !!

   Bad Roman was lively, festive and so much fun! I love the decor and find it inspires a good time with its whimsy. Our food was delicious… garlic babka, crispy calamari, Caesar salad and three types of pasta were all wonderful. Our server was terrific. All around great time!

   The restaurant looks amazing and is very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful as you’d expect. However the food had lots of room for improvement. For example the pasta was hard and the bread that came with my wife’s entree was burnt. I give our waiter credit for correcting the problem by giving us new bread that wasn’t burnt. The lobster tail my wife had seemed okay. However my kids’ shrimp pasta was pretty oily. The appetizers we ordered, bread, and crab Luigi were also okay. My family was disappointed and I just felt we didn’t get the value for our meal for that price point.
