   Fuimos con grandes expectativas pero salimos bastante desilusionados! Arrogancia en el servicio y el hecho de que teníamos reserva para las 4:00 pero solo cuando ya estábamos allí nos dijeron que la cocina cerraba a las 4:30pm y abría de nuevo a las 6:00pm. La comida estuvo OK, pero no como para regresar!

   A very unique zero waste restaurant with very creative dishes. A good natural and bio wine list and great service! A local gem.

   El concepto del restaurante es interesante, entradas de vegetales muy ricas pero demasiado limitadas las opciones de proteína. El precio del "pan de masa madre" ofensivo. Nuestra reserva era 2:45 y apenas terminando de comer, nos apresuraron que si queríamos postre porque la cocina cierra 4:30. No entiendo la propuesta. Nuestro horario de comida no es de lunch gringo.

   La comida es buena, con sabores únicos como los vegetales de la milpa y el ceviche. La atmósfera es muy acogedora. Nos sentamos en las mesas del fondo y en ocasiones nos llegaba un olor al baño. No es molesto, sin embargo a veces cambia la experiencia de comer en un lugar. El servicio bien. Vale la pena probar el lugar y apoyar al comercio sustentable.

   El lugar es hermoso, la comida deliciosa, el mesero un poco sobrado a la hora de presentar los platillos, como que se cree que hablando demasiado se ganarán la propina y más bien es mejor la amabilidad en la actitud que la soberbia y el snobismo

   What an epic ride. These guys are obsessed with top-notch ingredients, and the way they mix bold creativity with a modern spin on Mexican flavors is just wild. It’s got that same spark Pujol had in its early days—fearless, fresh, and totally original. Easily the most exciting and gutsy new spot in CDMX’s buzzing food scene.

   Fabulous experience at Baldio. Food was amazing and the staff were friendly and gracious with non Spanish speaking guests. Highly recommend it.

    Loved it! Did the tasting menu which is definitely veg forward, so something to consider if that’s not your style. Flavors were rich and complex. Service was lovely.
