   El lugar es hermoso, la comida deliciosa, el mesero un poco sobrado a la hora de presentar los platillos, como que se cree que hablando demasiado se ganarán la propina y más bien es mejor la amabilidad en la actitud que la soberbia y el snobismo

   What an epic ride. These guys are obsessed with top-notch ingredients, and the way they mix bold creativity with a modern spin on Mexican flavors is just wild. It’s got that same spark Pujol had in its early days—fearless, fresh, and totally original. Easily the most exciting and gutsy new spot in CDMX’s buzzing food scene.

   Fabulous experience at Baldio. Food was amazing and the staff were friendly and gracious with non Spanish speaking guests. Highly recommend it.

   Loved it! Did the tasting menu which is definitely veg forward, so something to consider if that’s not your style. Flavors were rich and complex. Service was lovely.

   me encantó la comida y el servicio es muy bueno; sin embargo no me gustó que ofrezcan como cortesía al inicio agua y que se cobre como una botella, creo que es muy tramposo de parte del restaurante y digo del restaurante porque sé que es parte de los meseros ofrecer como el restaurante lo indique, de ahí en fuera todo delicioso y ameno

   The food was exceptional - fresh, beautifully presented, delicious & creative, with flavors that were complex yet subtle. We shared 3 vegetarian dishes - all were delicious - plus bread & butter, possibly the best bread & butter I’ve ever had. All of the wait staff were lovely, attentive, engaging, & knowledgeable about the food. The setting is beautiful - tranquil with beautiful wood tables & banquettes. Highly recommend.

   I think they just use the the sustainable stuff to trick ppl to the restaurant, and the food is not even good. We asked for the menu for the tasting menu, the waiter said it’s a surprise, turned out every “surprise” was on the regular menu, and not even the popular ones. I left over half of my pork lorn on the plate bc it’s way too hard for me to swallow, the waiter didn’t even care to ask me about it. Overall bad experience.

   Bellexpérience au Baldio. Service très sympathique. Endroit très tendance. Très belle ambiance. Carte très restreinte et fortement représentée par des options végétariennes. Belles surprises au dessert où nous avons fait des découvertes ( glace et sorbet). Pas une option bon marché par contre ( près de $250 pour 2).

    Platillos fuertes increíbles. Drinks caros pero bien servidos. Servicio malo, no nos ofrecieron agua hasta 30 minutos después de sentarnos, y cuando la sirvieron estaba caliente.
