   We ate at Ballo at the recommendations of others including a waitress from another restaurant. The food, beverages and service were impeccable!!!

   Ballo was outstanding. The warm, elegant ambiance and delicious food made it a lovely experience. Our server, Brandon, was exceptional. He was attentive, very friendly, and knowledgeable. His professionalism and recommendations elevated our meal and over all experience at Ballo. Highly recommend dining there and you must ask for Brandon!

   We had an absolutely amazing experience with Brandon during our annual girls’ trip! Our group of six fun-loving ladies couldn’t have asked for a better server. From the moment we arrived, Brandon’s warm and welcoming personality set the perfect tone for the evening. He offered fantastic suggestions from both the drink and food menus — every recommendation was spot on, and you could tell he really knows his stuff. Not only was he incredibly attentive, making sure our glasses were never empty and our meals were just right, but he also added to the fun with his great sense of humor and easygoing vibe. It felt like he was part of the group, effortlessly balancing professionalism with charm. The whole experience was top-notch, and Brandon’s exceptional service truly made our night unforgettable. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond to create a memorable experience, Brandon is your guy. We’ll definitely be back next year — and we hope to have Brandon again!

   Great food but little things were wrong with the experience. I ordered rigatoni but got spaghetti however still very good. I had to ask for coke 4 times because I got diet the first time, and clear soda with no syrup the next 2 times before they charged the syrup. Ordered a cosmo but got a Margherita, which was excellent but not our order and she spilled half of it putting it on the table. Dessert was really really good but again it was not what we actually ordered. However, it was very good. The price was actually reasonable considering it was in a casino.

   We ordered Chicken scallopini, Arugula salad and Fingerling potatoes ! All were very fresh and super tasty ! We truly enjoyed our meal !

    We’ve been coming here for years. First time since the most recent menu/style update. Our food and service was top notch as always. Was surprised bread went from commentary to $10 and that the zeppole dessert had been removed. There was a pistachio panacotta dessert that was outstanding. Caprese salad to start was very flavorful highlighted delicious tomatoes. Both pasta entrees, ravioli and rigatoni were also delicious and enjoyed.
