Our first time to Banff and decided to try out this establishment. The food was great but the service was lacking as it seemed our server was busy with other tables and we were added for her to work. At times we went for a long period without her stopping by to refill drinks - I think I heard another couple having to wait for a long time as well on service. I don’t blame our server - someone doesn’t show up for work - it affects the experience of the clients.

We did not enjoy this restaurant. The small coffee machine was broken so no coffee or hot tea. Food took a long time. Avoid the hamburger. Two very small hockey pucks cooked hard. Food overall was just average. So many other restaurants to choose from that are much better.

Our seafood linguini was undercooked and bland. The food took 30 minutes to come out, and our server forgot about our drink refill.

Food was good, service was ok. Was obvious we were being rushed though on an 8:15pm reservation on a Sunday evening so staff could finish their shift and join friends at the bar. Mains were served 2 mins after starters and left to get cold while we ate starters. Saw this at another table, too. A real shame.
