Located in one of downtown Wilkes-Barre’s historic buildings, Bank+Vine provides both an indoor and outdoor casual dining experience with plates meant to be shared around the table. Take a trip back to 1912 and visit the old South Side Bank while dining in 'The Lobby' with it's 30 foot vaulted ceilings and a private dining room overlooking the entire restaurant, perfect for gatherings of 10 people with a private restroom.

Our lobster arrancini was over cooked, we asked and never received bread. The veal marsalla was a very small portion, my scallops were good but not the risotto.

Always excellent food here. The Wednesday "Date Night" specials were very good choices, delicious and well-prepared. Cocktails were superb, and wine by the glass very good. The servers make this restaurant truly exceptional. They are professional in every way, and friendly and welcoming at the same time. Brava!

Service was incredibly slow! So slow they they brought us complimentary scones. The scones were raw inside. Oddly enough they weren’t busy so I don’t know what the hold up was. While my avocado toast was very good, the size was very small. I left hungry. My friends French toast was undercooked she had to send it back. $8 for a side of bacon is insane.
