    The wine choice, food and service were all amazing. It’s Christmas so the area around the bar was incredibly busy but where we ate was much calmer and comfortable. Really festive. Toilets need a bit of investment and the price can seem slightly high but we really enjoyed it and would return and recommend.

    There were 4 in our party. Had cocktails to kick the meal off - excellent. We each had a different starter. All were fabulous. Main courses again were wonderful. I had seabass tikka ❤️ Wonderful service and table overlooking the water. Wonderful experience.

    Not impressed. Another fancy restaurant with shocking service. We ordered steak which took 1.5 hours to cook and be served - only to find it was BURNT. When we complained about the burnt steaks we were told this is how steak normally is? We asked for replacements which took another 1 hour before coming out … and these were fine! Overall we spent 3 hours here as the service was awfully slow - not impressed and will not be revisiting again.

    I admit it was a busy friday night but we got there early had to wait ages for drinks then after hour and a half waiting for food we got up and left Staff we very apologetic and helpful it was as out of there control. Poor management so would never go back Also far too loud to have any kind of conversation

    I have been to the Bank several times before and a couple more recently. Unfortunately I took customers to the restaurant last night and the service and response from the staff was very poor. The time to order food and then receive food was unacceptable and it really did ruin what should have been a very enjoyable evening.

    Had a booking for 8.45 at 9.15 still not seated despite several requests. Seemed a bit of a shambles . Too many bookings! As we were unlikely to get to eat until 10pm spoke to manager and got our deposit back . And left to eat elsewhere. Very disappointed as had travel to Birmingham to meet friends

    Unfortunately the service was a major let down, food was okay although it did take over an hour from ordering for it to arrive and when it did it wasn’t that warm. We ordered another round of drinks while waiting for the food, waited half an hour and had to remind the waitress about the drinks…. Food came ordered more drinks and once again the waitress completely forgot about them. When we mentioned it she didn’t even apologise just gave us a dirty look went and got them and threw them down on the table. Not the sort of service you’d expect from a place like this. Overall nice place but won’t be back, maybe we just got a crap waitress on a very busy night.
