   Food was cold, fish was cold and over priced (&48), sat us next to a table that had also just sat down, server wasn’t experienced in fine dining, etc… too many places to go for the price we paid that put effort into their restaurant

   Ambience and decor is very inviting. Bacon wrappped shrimp appetizer and wedge salad a 5. Fried green tomatoes appetizer and grouper Oscar a three. Grouper over cooked and tasteless. Chef was very generous with lump crab meat, but lump crab meat placed on the side with yellow sauce on top of risotto is not Oscar. Filet steak was a 5 but if you order surf and turf, one would expect more than one shrimp . Risotto mediocre Service was timely except when the assistant reached over my food to grab my husband’s glass. Risotto mediocre. For that kind of price that we don’t mind paying the whole experience should be four stars or better and it was not.

   We are not locals but, we visit the Myrtle Beach area twice each year and we like to try a variety of restaurants and bars. There are plenty of great dining options in the area but, this one will get a repeat visit from us. There were plenty of food options and everything we ordered was outstanding. If you're a fan of bourbon, cognac or tequila, this bar is for you. There was also a great menu of mixed drinks and martinis. The overall vibe was fun and uplifting We spoke with regulars, locals and visitors so, this place must appeal to everyone. We definitely recommend it. The only negative comment is that parking can be challenging.

   Bar 19 Twelve is a nice quiet, private place to get an upscale dinner or just drinks with a friend. The food was good quality. The only thing I would take away is that the quantity didn't quite justify the price. We have dined here a number of times and we will go back.

   Even though we all had a great time, I was unaware that they were going to have a limited menu which only gave me one option chicken you can get chicken from anywhere and there was nothing spectacular about it. Prices are extremely overrated for the item per say you ordered. Would I go back only if somebody else's paying.

   Service was good but food was only OK compared to other comparable restaurants in the area. Portion sizes were small as well. Not saying I won’t go back, but it certainly wouldn’t be in my top choices

   Food was not as good as the old midtown bistro. Limoncello Risotta had no lemon flavor. Whipped ricotta was ok, but not great. Ambience is very nice and service was excellent.
