   Greeted immediately and given choice of seating. Prompt and attentive service from bar staff, as we chose to sit at bar. Staff suggested their replacing a beer when mentioned it did not taste like what was ordered. Appetizer and meals served hot. Staff checked back frequently. Nice background music. Enjoyable, relaxed, delicious meal!

   6 adults all had different entrees and everyone really enjoyed their dinner! Great wine selection too!! They upgraded us to the private room which was a nice surprise. Was a perfect night out. We will be back!

   still a gem of a Lakewood spot; we visit often this time on a Sunday; Sunday brunch offers good variety of choices in cozy atmosphere at reasonable prices; service helpful/knowledgeable on menu offerings. We look forward to our return!

   Very nice wait staff and vibe. Appropriate pacing of food. The food (soup, pasta) was never quite hot enough upon receiving it. Veal Marsala lacked Marsala flavor and risotto lacked seasoning and was gummy from being reheated. Wedding soup had nice flavor. The pastas were underwhelming. If you’re looking for traditional/authentic Italian- not the spot.

   We had to wait 45 minutes for our reservation in a crowded small restaurant where we were in the way no matter where we stood. Because it was so small, the noise was so emphasized. We sat next to a table with drunk, screaming women. I’m more upset about having to wait almost an hour for a reservation I made weeks in advance. We had plans after dinner that were cut short because of the wait. Our waiter was not attentive to us and took forever for the bill at the end, only contributing to our frustration. Not a good place to go with a party greater than 2-3 people.

   I ordered the Crispy Chicken. It consisted of two small chicken pieces which were so crisp that they were difficult to cut or chew, along with a small serving of arugula. I’ve ordered this same dish at Bar Italia in Beachwood and there it consisted of four large pieces that were cooked perfectly. Another person in our party ordered the Zoodles Bolognese and it was cold. The noise level was uncomfortably loud; there was one group who screamed repeatedly. In the future, we’ll travel to Beachwood.

    Loved every second of my visit tonight! Thank you for accommodating a corner table request so my girlfriend and I could catch up without people on either side.The sever was awesome in every way!
