   Waitress was rude when I asked if the menu offered bread/butter. She immediately talked down to me by saying it wasn’t free. Don’t believe I ever assumed it would be free. Totally uncalled for and rude. Additionally, I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. The salad she handed me did not have the chicken I requested and the quality of the salad was disgusting. Wilted and soggy lettuce. The restaurant should be ashamed for serving that dish. I immediately handed the plate back to the food runner, who was the manager. She never once apologized for the error. Never came back to check on me or my meal, that I had to wait an extra 15 min for, while my friends all ate half way through their meals. Overrated and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this place. Thanks.

   Don’t dine here! We were double charged for our meal because the server forgot to include her 20% tip on our party of 7! The double charge equaled close to $1,000.00 ! Our family celebration was ruined by bad service, poor management and sub par food! Do yourself a favor and dine at a nice locally owned Italian restaurant instead of here!

   The music and noise level were extremely high in fact, too high to even converse at our table. Our server was really good. My escarole and beans hardly had any escarole and was way too salty. The meatballs were very good, but served cold. My dining companions had the mushroom pizza which was very good and a pasta dish, which was just OK.

   The food was outstanding and the ambiance was great! Was able to celebrate with my significant other and enjoy our evening

   Really good spot in Winter Park (which has a plethora of options!) - Have been here several times, and each time has given us a great experience, from service, to ambiance, to food/drinks, to value (for Winter Park!).

   Food has gone downhill since opening! Hope they really take the time to watch for quality control because it’s a fabulous place to visit otherwise!

   Great food and great ambience. The brunch crowd at the restaurant makes it pretty energetic. This means that servers are doing the best they can and in spite of a short wait to get served they were excellent. We’ve been here a couple times and both times had excellent food and great drinks. Put this one on your list.
