While the sushi is very excellent, the noise levels are exceedingly high and just makes the whole experience uncomfortable!!! The service was OK. The value for what was received was just OK. Some of the dishes could’ve used some work. The miso cod came out warm and had a sauce that was noticeably cold. When they heated up the cod upon my request, they put additional new cold sauce on top. That just does not make any sense!!! I will probably give this restaurant another six+ months to marinate before returning and will come very early to avoid your ridiculous high noise levels!! Estadia - I miss you!!

Great atmosphere and even better food. The salmon maki was delicious and I followed up with the anjin margarita. It was a bit crowded with the happy hour crowd but that didn’t impact the great service.

The omakase is terrible, don’t believe the Instagram hype. The food was mediocre, we barely knew what was being served. The dessert was frozen solid, like we almost broke a plate trying to eat it. When we asked the server, he said it was supposed to be like that and we should wait for it to thaw. Additionally when we first booked the reservation they cancelled on us the day of because they “ran out of sushi rice”. Bad food, definitely not worth the price, and bad service as a frozen cherry on top.

I went with my bf - we each ordered the omakase dinner option. The courses were phenomenal. Almost everything looked and tasted delicious. The only disappointment was the dessert course, which was entirely unnecessary. The dessert didn't really fit with the rest of the meal and the quality was much lower. However, the rest of the meal was so consistently delicious that I can't really be mad about dessert. The pacing of the meal was also great. There was just the right amount of time between courses - overall we were there for 2.5 hrs. I left feeling satisfied, but not full. It was very noisy though, which made it hard to hear some of the descriptions of the food. Also, the chairs are weird. The backs are very curved, so you can't drape your coat or a purse over them. I found this out when my coat fell to the floor and my phone fell out of the pocket and skidded across the floor. The woman who picked it up said the same thing happened when she sat down. Then I saw it happen to another person who was seated shortly after us. So, sit on your coat and keep an eye on anything in your coat pockets. And enjoy the tasty food.
