One the most outstanding and unique experiences we have had the pleasure of experiencing. Celebrating my husbands 40th birthday and as a Retired Marine he missed many bdays and celebrations as well as some of his conditions and combat wounds make large gathers and new places people challenging to say the least at times. From the moment we requested reservation we had wonderful communication and hospitality with any questions and concerns prior from the outstanding lead hostess. Upon arriving we put a face to the wonderful hostess Mrs Samatha and she welcomed us and instantly we knew we chose the right place to celebrate. With amazing accommodations we found ourselves in the cozy corner booth with a view and surrounded by a truly balanced and well crafted ambiance soon meeting the amazing staff one by one leading up to show. As if the evening had any room to improve or the smile on my husbands face any bigger the show began and we were amazed by the artistic and talented dancing routine that took place as they gracefully worked throughout the crowd making everyone feel included and yet somehow still having such a dialed in preforming skill and talent that looked so effortlessly and mind blowing. Now one could say that many come for the skin or the beautiful and food but this is a very unique situation for us not only because we don’t often over years get to do this but it’s hard to find a place that my husband feels comfortable enough to actually enjoy the moment and the people around him. With his time in the USMC and deployments he has trouble just living in moment and letting down his guard or always being on watch and somehow with the amazing staff not even knowing the history they all went above and beyond each and every one having such a wonderful and amazing personality and skill that really made such a memorable and life changing evening. This all lead to us not going just one night but two back to back as it was such a wonderful experience. Thank u

Everything was amazing from the time you walk in and until you leave. Non stop entertainment the dancers were so good and the music was wonderful too. I will definitely be going back every time I come to visit Charlotte

Went to the Uptown Charlotte Bar One for the Dinner Burlesque Show. Overall, it was good. Unfortunately, we were seated quite a ways away from the stage. However, the dancers were very good about moving around the restaurant. Given the size of the restaurant and how crowded it was, they did a magnificent job. It was especially cool to see them get up on the bar and dance using the horizontal poles above the bar. We really weren't expecting that. The Burlesque show was good and the dancers did a great job. The only complaint I would have is that it probably could have been a touch longer... The service was a bit slow. Normally, I wouldn't have minded but we received a confirmation call a couple of days prior to the reservation and they really stressed the importance of us being done within a certain time frame in order to make room for the next seating. The drinks were really good, though the pour on my old fashioned was a bit light considering the cost. The flavor was on point, though. The food was good, but not great. I got the fried chicken sandwich was good. My wife unfortunately was not as happy with her meal. She got the charred romaine salad and a side of macaroni and cheese. Neither one was particularly good. Overall, we had a good time. It was an experience that we would recommend and may even do again. I would just be a bit more cautious on the ordering and might also suggest the later seating to avoid the "rushed" feeling.

Easily found parking. Great service from amending a reservation prior to arrival to the end of our food service. Great atmosphere. Will definitely go back. The burlesque show was fun too! Will definitely go back.

Tonight I celebrated the launch of my new business with dinner at Bar One Charlotte, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, all thanks to the amazing cooks, staff and Rafaela, our incredible waitress! 🎉🎉❤️ From the moment we sat down, we loved the vibes and food! Additionally, Rafaela made the evening feel so special. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to be part of the celebration. Her recommendations were spot-on (we’re still dreaming about the cocktails and appetizers she recommended!), and she struck the perfect balance between being professional and making us feel like VIP guests. My favorite dishes of the night was our chop salad 🥗 and the cocktails! If you’re planning a special night out, be sure to visit Bar One in Uptown Charlotte & ask for Rafael! She will take care of you like family. Thank you again, Rafaela, for helping make such an important evening unforgettable!

Beautiful place. The menu needs work, cocktails over priced. Very ($25 and up). Food selection is very limited. I think menu needs revamping. The entertainment was an additional $20 per person but the show was only 20 minutes. Literally.

thanks for coming, LaSharyn. We do have lots of cocktails under $25, especially if you're not modifying them. then again, we only use top drawer liquor and our well is better than most. We have a vast menu, most of which have been local favorites for the past 5 years. sorry you couldn't find anything to your liking. I hope you enjoyed the Burlesque, which is very unique to Charlotte. We travel our dancers in from all over the world and scoured the best of the best for our band. We think they're amazing and give a great show. thanks again for reviewing us. :)

Our server was FANTASTIC! She was energetic, knowledgeable and so so so sweet! We would come back just to see her! The food & the dancers were wonderful- what an experience!!
