   Everything about this place is nearly perfect. From the food, to the servers (Samia and Andrew), to the vibe that makes everyone feel at home. This is what a restaurant should be.

   6 of us met for brunch this morning to celebrate the New Year and a birthday. Top notch experience. Fabulous food that we shared. Jorge, our server, is terrific!! And the staff was very kind to let us bring in a Three King’s Cake so we could celebrate Twelfth Night and the birthday. We all enjoyed brunch at Bar Vlaha! We’ll be back. Thank you.

   Understand why this is so highly rated place. Food, drink, coffee was amazing and everything from their bread, yogurt, butter, etc are all made in house.

   This was our first visit to Bar Vlaha, the server made great suggestions on Wine and Food selections. Very knowledgeable about the menu and was an excellent guide. The food was excellent - we loved the bread and dips of course, and the rainbow trout and beef cheeks were excellent!

   Excellent but a head scratcher as to how it got #1 Restaurant by Boston Magazine. Very very good. Very super special… I don’t think so

   Ordered lamb and arrived in a timely manner. However, it was overcooked and tough. We mentioned to server and they brought us a new plate of lamb which was a thousands times better-appearance and taste And they removed from bill. My question is why did they serve the first dish which looked like it was left over from the previous night. We will not be back. Food value was way overpriced.
