    Had a wonderful time bringing in the New Year at Bardea! The food was amazing, drinks were well made and the service was attentive and professional. Savannah was our server and Samantha our bartender. Bardea and Bardea Steak are the best restaurants in Delaware!

    Bardea food and drink consistently provides exceptional apps, small plates, pastas, seafood and steak. Their sommelier, Eric, is knowledgeable of the wines and in matching to our preferences with perfection. Our NY eve dinner was fabulous including a Tomahawk aged steak and side plates. Service and food were excellent on a very busy night.

    Extremely loud, the choice of music could be better and lower the volume. If it was a dance club, it would be acceptable. Our server Samantha was exceptional. I would like to try the Steakhouse. I hope the noise level is much less.
