   The best steak I have ever had. Ever dish was amazing. Out waiter John was very experienced and made great suggestions on the menu. Will definitely be back!

   Had high expectations but our dinner for four was poorly executed and the staff seemed embarrassed by what took 3+ hours for dinner service. To preface this, my wife and i have dined here before and that experience was everything you’d want in a perfectly executed meal, attentive staff, and precision in execution. We were very excited to share this experience with another couple. This evening was very different from our first experience. We had multiple wait staff throughout the night which seemed disjointed and confusing. We watched other tables completed their meals from start to finish before we even had entrees. The wait staff knew our food was taking way too long and so once it finally arrived (sides brought out first? Then 3/4 entrees, and then the last entree), they seemed to avoid our table. The butchers tasting was explained in a rush and the young lady presenting left us a card to explain everything we were about to eat. We had finished a bottle of wine and no one ever asked if we needed anything more to drink. To amend the experience, i am assuming the mananger (did not introduce himself) did comp us a bao bun appetizer, a flavored butter for the steaks, and deducted 15% off of the bill. Overall, the food was tasty, once it arrived but explained poorly. The service was sloppy missing opportunities to sell us more drinks and clearly felt bad that mistakes had been made in the kitchen that were beyond their control and we felt as if they were avoiding our table. We had an expectation of a high end steak house to celebrate two adult birthdays but received what seemed like an “Eatin’ Good in the Neighborhood” experience with multiple apologies but no explanations.

   We love Bardea Steak! This was our 3 time there. We have sent shiny reviews to friends and social media however today it seemed a bit off. We noticed staff seemed frantic and timing of food delivery was way off! Our deconstructed oysters came out 30 minutes after our drinks and right before the steak board . We decided to order another round of raw oysters cause they are so good and they to took a long time. We had one piece of steak on our board that we couldn’t eat cause it was fatty .. a shock for us because all cuts on every visit have been exceptional. When we alerted the staff we just got a sorry . Oddly this isn’t what we’ve been used to. This time the sides mushrooms and broccoli had just a warm temperature not hot. Hoping this was just a growing pain thing. Really wasn’t that busy. All in all we love this group and will be back. Bardea Food and Drink last night . See review

   Daniel was outstanding! Exceptional service and dining experience. The restaurant accommodated our request to move into the private dining area for a more comfortable experience - which we appreciate!

   Honestly 10/10. Everything was amazing from appetizers to mains to deserts to drinks. If you’re between steak and food & drink 100% go to steak. It’s delicious.

   Loved this restaurant. As with Bardea “original,” Bardea steak is an amazing experience. The steak was among the best I’ve had. We had some valet parking issues and the manager apologized and treated us to an appetizer which was very thoughtful. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. And again, the steak was so flavorful I’ll be beach again, what an experience. Bardea and Bardea Steak are a breath of fresh air in Wilmington and Delaware and give off vibes if being in a top restaurant in NYC, Chicago or any major city. Will be back again.

   This was our first time dining at Bardea Steak, but it won’t be our last. The food was truly amazing as was the impeccable service.

    Wow- Bardera steak was amazing! Our party of five shared the butchers block with the add on, and each piece was delicious. Sides were amazing - we shared cabbage and mushrooms with salmon and tater tot to start. Our waiter Marco was great. I just wish I had come here sooner!!
