   If you want a good steak you'll enjoy it but the rest of the food was fine - nothing noteworthy. An overall mediocre experience. It's worth noting that if you're on a schedule, be wary - several tables around us either left without receiving their entrees or were late to a nearby show because the food took so long.

   We sat in the sunroom area and it was quite loud. Everything our server recommended was delicious.

   Drinks are great. Steak melted in your mouth. Love the Snack/app choices, personally loved the lamb gnocchi and elk meatballs. Return customer!

   The steaks were wonderful. I wish that the waiter had reminded us that there were several different sauces that were available.

   Our waiter, Phil, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the menu and its offerings. Provided great suggestions for me and my wife and was just all around incredibly pleasant! He and the Bardea team made our anniversary dinner a fantastic experience!

   Think I found my new favorite steakhouse (at least in the State of Delaware). The food was outstanding from the first course to last. Our waiter was on point. Attentive and friendly; but not hovering over us. Would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who's in Wilmington and is looking for a GOOD steak dinner.

   Branzino was greasy , presentation was underwhelming. Needed balance. Australian steak ($32) first bite was tough. Charged for water ($4). Poured my own refills every single time. Charged for employee healthcare ($6), valet ($20) valet tip ($5- it was below freezing outside). Mushrooms ($17) were heavy with smoke flavor and greasy, overpowered the Branzino ($50). ($6) charge toward employee healthcare and wellness, which I deducted from the servers tip. (“ we have implemented a 3% employee benefits addition on every check to provide our employees with the healthcare they are entitled to. *This is not a tip or service charge - if you feel strongly against contributing towards the wellness of our staff, please let a manager know and we can remove it.”) I made plenty of cash as a server in my 20’s and never felt “entitled” to strangers paying my healthcare and wellness. Shrimp tacos ($16) were good but not extraordinary. Noisy. 4 seasons room lacked ambiance and warmth - maybe better for lunch or in spring/summer. Mom said her Martini was excellent, her Bordeaux was okay - last pour of bottle, lotta sediment . Waiter never refilled my water - I refilled my own water 4 times. Waiter at table frequently , hyped chef and restaurant a lot, but I’ve had better food and service. I will give Bardea Food and drink a try, but I won’t return to Bardea Steak.

    We always enjoy an evening at Bardea Steak. The food presentation was lovely and the tastes were delectable. Our server was amiable and professional and got us in and out quickly for a performance of the Delaware Symphony Orchestra!
