   Chose the Barking Frog for a stay-cation belated birthday lunch celebration! So glad I did. Worked perfectly, felt like we were in the heart of wine country, relaxed, great food, fantastic service and friendly/comfortable attire and seating.

   My fiancé and I came in to celebrate our one year proposal anniversary, and from the moment we walked in, til our final bite of duck (the most perfect duck I have ever had…chef team absolutely CRUSHED IT A+++) and final slurp of the incredible affogato…the service, food and ambiance were perfect. Khalil is a top-tier hospitality professional who is not only incredibly knowledgable and skilled at service, but also carries a passion that resonated to the dining experience!    Loves Barking Frog! Lovely ambience, excellent and attentive staff, absolutely delicious lunch of Beet Salad and Fish & Chips. Thank you from two hungry and gracious diners. We’ll definitely be back and won’t hesitate to recommend to others.

   From the beginning to end it was a wonderful experience. Our waiter had great energy, offered great recommendations and we knew he was getting a big tip from the start. The amuse-bouche was fantastic, bread basket 10/10, baked chicken was unreal and the halibut was to die for. Not to mention the “snickers” dessert with a dark chocolate that you will go back for. Also great, quick service and walk to Chateau St. Michelle for a concert

   Food and ambiance were great. Our waiter Josh was awesome. The service staff outside of Josh was very awkward. We waited almost an hour after ordering to receive our food when the restaurant was not busy at all (many empty tables) and less than 5 minutes after we were served our food a busser asked if we were done. Seems like we maybe got a bit unlucky timing wise but otherwise Josh was great and the food was delicious.

   Khalil was our server and let me tell you how much of an asset you have in him. It was my husband’s bday and K made it so much more than a dining experience. Food was absolutely amazing and everyone was so attentive and fun. We will definitely be back. Thanks to every one for helping my husband have a wonderful night!!!!

   Our first visit to Barking Frog. A beautiful restaurant! Very romantic, great date night location. The food was amazing. The flavors are incredible We tried the Tasting Menu instead of ordering off the main menu. Though it was fantastic, the amount of food is a bit limited and we left a tad bit hungry still. So for $140 per person, we may skip the Tasting Menu next time and just order from the menu. Still, it was a nice one-time splurge. However, we also noticed that the table next to us, which ordered off the menu, was getting their food and drink at a much faster pace than us. Though it was nice to have a longer, slower meal as we were celebrating our anniversary, we found ourselves SO hungry while waiting in between courses. Also, a server took away my drink glass but disappeared before I could order another, and we finally had to flag down another employee about 20 minutes later to get another drink. Odd, since the table next to us had three drinks while we patiently awaited our second. Regardless, we'd try Barking Frog again sometime in the future.

    Overall very nice. Good attentive and pleasant service, food tasted nice. Just surprised we were not asked about desserts or coffee once we finished our entrees. Maybe there are none?
