   Enjoyable evening, the food was excellent, the only problem was that it seemed to be short staffed, although they were very good, the service was slow.

   Excellent selection of dishes on the menu, all very well priced and affordable in this current climate! Will definitely be back. Very efficient and friendly waitress.

   Fantastic meal Had Sunday roast Great portion size Good quality food The staff were amazing . The 2 young servers worked so hard and were lovely Can highly recommend Will definitely go again

   We wanted to book in the restaurant to shield us from the high level of noise from the bar. However, because Saturday was a Quiz Night the noise in the restaurant was so high my wife and I could hardly speak to one another for most of our two hour stay. This is a problem you should pre warn customers about. Mike Narracott

   Catered for a coeliac diner. Food quality and portion sizes were what we’d expect from a good pub restaurant. We weren’t rushed – and even when the deserts didn’t go through and we had an extended wait we didn’t mind as it’s a relaxing place. Our first visit and we will go again 👍🏻

   My husband, our dog and I had a lovely meal on Saturday night at the Barley Mow. The pub was busy, but not overwhelmingly loud and we could have a conversation over our meal. The food was great! Simple, generous pub meal at a very reasonable price. A very positive experience!

   First time at barley mow today great little pub staff all very tentative food was great my dog was very comfortable nice bit of carpet to curl up on we'll definitely be back
