Chef / Owner Pat Pascarella of The Porchetta Group welcomes you to his third restaurant, Bastone. Bastone is home to an Italian wine focused mozzarella bar featuring handcrafted pastas and craft cocktails. The star of the show is Bastone’s mozzarella bar offering charcuterie and hand pulled mozzarella to order. With 60 indoor seats, over 100 outdoor and a 10-40 person private dining room, Bastone offers experiences from an intimate date night to large gatherings for friends, family, and business.

    I was looking forward to trying this restaurant’s mozzarella cheese bar. I only chose to try two cheeses and I didn’t like them. The bread was delicious and so was the prosciutto and olives. That’s all I ended up eating there as the rest of the menu was not exciting. The service was the highlight! From the valet to the server, both were awesome experiences.

    Love the new menu! Must try pork belly and agnolotti dishes! The bartender, Bianca, made delicious, unique cocktails to satisfy our palates! Rich was well-versed in explaining the menu options and pairings. My out of town colleagues throughly enjoyed!

    Overall great experience! Parking is tight but valet is readily available. We came for the cacio e pepe. It’s on their website but you have to make the reservation for it ahead of time. Thankfully the restaurant was quiet and we were able to get the table side service for the cacio e pepe in the cheese wheel. Food was excellent and the service was as well. Will definitely come back very soon.

    We dined in for our anniversary. The staff and especially our server Bri treated us like royalty! We have dined at Bastone previously and came back because the food and the service is exceptional. Last night we did the mozzarella tasting and the tables-side pasta experience. Such a treat!!!!

    Made reservations for my birthday dinner, when greeted they said they only had outside tables and we would have to wait on an inside table. Food was overpriced for the quality. If the service was better the meal definitely could have been better enjoyed. Over all a dissatisfactory experience.

    Chef Pat, your Instagram post with the mozzarella and caviar got us to come in. We are so glad we did. We ordered the crudo dish, the mussels, the big loaf of bread that was delicious, we used it to scoop up all of the incredible flavors. And there was a salad with the best dressing. We want thank Mel , who took care of us at the bar for making it such a fun evening. My only regret was not taking any pictures for this review. Next time…. Thank you Mel & Chef Pat👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥂
