    Excellent food, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and service. The place is child-friendly (special chairs, coloring papers), fully recommend.

    Visoke stolice nisu predviđene za rucak sa roditeljima.Zamolili smo normalne stolice koje nam nisu nisu htjeli ponuditi te smo morali otici u drugi restoran unatoc nasoj rezervaciji.Ugostitelje jednostavno nije bilo briga.

    Odlično.! Jako fina hrana i ugodan ambijent. Konobari vrlo ljubazni i dragi. Njihove mesne plate su top. Lijepo smo se zabavili i uživali. 👌❤️

    Arrived ahead of time the booking was for 14:30, ordered food and drinks at 14.35, got our drinks after couple of minutes. Around 15:20 waiter told us that there have been a mixup and that our order didn’t go through. After an hour we still haven’t gotten anything to eat. Never will we return to Batak Family mall again.

    Our waiter Robert was very helpful and attentive all night. Please send him our thanks. He also made great recommendations for desserts. We spent a very pleasant evening.
