Located at the "Gateway to Southtown," the Historic and Majestic Firehouse #7 is home to Battalion. After a nearly two year renovation, "The Rock" has been restored as the crown jewel of Southtown. Overlooking the spectacular downtown cityscape and the famous Tower of Americas, Battalion's contemporary design merges perfectly alongside the historic building's strong, yet weathered 1920's craftsmanship. Chef Davis has created an extensive menu of fresh pastas, char-grilled meats, stunning vegetable dishes and Italian classics.     Adam was phenomenal and the food came out at a great pace and was piping hot. The quality of the food was also outstanding and you can tell the restaurant really takes in pride in making sure that everything on the plate pairs well with a balance.

    Starts off with the pear salad. What an unexpected treat. The lamb chops are the star of the show. And to top it all off Tiramisu 5 star.

    Excellent in every way. Our table was ready when we arrived, and we were promptly seated. Authentic Italian food, freshly and exceptionally well prepared. Large portions, service at just the right intervals, and reasonable pricing. We will definitely be back

    I had a great dinner - good food, good service, nice atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the burrata appetizer and the pork tenderloin.
