   Server was fantastic! Quick and efficient once we were sat, the food was good, and it was an over all lovely time for new years dinner.

   hi! so we freaking loved steve and doug. they are amazing and deserve a raise!!!! drinks were so good, food was okay. big issue was that our reservation was at 8:30p and we got sat at 9:30p. And yes, they normally close at 9p lol. there was a nice lil message sent out via open table from bavaros about it being NYE and sticking to timings and yet we were not sat for one full hour after our scheduled dinner time. our family is incredibly fortunate to visit many dining establishments and we understand running behind but 60 minutes was A LOT. there was a 6 top that sat empty the entire time we were posted up at the bar waiting for our table and we didn’t venture upstairs to check and see the status up there. we did inquire with the hostess and she said it was being sat by another party, but we never saw the other party. do feel bad for them since they def waited longer than we did 😂 we would probably return to sit at the bar but don’t think we would come back to dine as there’s really no point in making a reservation. food was also only okay. pizza crust was torched black in some parts and undercooked on the underside. meatballs were so so. vodka pasta was a 15/10. sad because their staff was SO fun.

   Had reservations at 8:15 did not get seated until 9:15. Obviously there is a problem with taking too many reservations. Why make a reservation if you still have to wait an hour before being seated? Kind of ruins the evening. Food wasn’t great. Pizza was slimy and thin and watery. Server did his best under the circumstances. Came last year and wanted to give it one more try. Will not be going back.

   Food and drinks were very good and the waiter ordered an off the menu item when a menu item was no longer available. Much appreciated!

   The service was outstanding, and remarkable, due to the specifics of this particular night. Our group was at Bavaro's in Sarasota during a busy holiday week, and on a night when the restaurant was a little understaffed, yet filled to capacity with patrons. Even the food met the standard that we have come to expect from Bavaro's. I tip my hat to you Bavaro's.

   Another fabulous Friday pizza night at Bavaro's. The wood fired oysters appetizer was so delicious and the pizza margherita is always perfect! Enjoyed an espresso martini in honor of our forever server, Steven's, birthday. It was so delicious. If you are searching for the best Pizza Napolitana, look no further than Bavaro's.     Always a 5 Star experience. The food and pizzas are incredible; and the best staff anywhere is always on the mark and ready to serve customers. We cannot imagine spending Friday evenings anywhere else. We travel from Bradenton and it's well worth every traffic jam and red light along the way. Thank you, Bavaro's!!
