Cannot say enough great things about our dining experience. Our server, Catalina, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure the food was timed perfectly to give us the best dining experience. Highly recommend the King Crab cooked dish and the liquid olives (if you like olives).

Lovely ambiance that is warm and welcoming with noise levels perfect for a date. Servers were friendly and available without being overbearing. The dishes on the tasting menu were lovely, with some shining a bit more than others, but all really interesting. Presentation was flawless and the timing of the courses was really well done. The Wine list is exceptionally beautiful with brilliant selections. Sommelier Jeramias was both helpful and kind with wonderfully crafted pairings for the evening. This place is a gem amongst the plethora of strip dining choices.

I'm a huge fan of José Andrés' restaurants, particularly Bazaar Meat. I also love, love, love seafood! Normally we stay at the Aria, Cosmo, or Vdara, so during our last visit to town when I saw they were constructing Bazaar Mar at the Crystal Shops I was excited for my next visit to Las Vegas. TL;DR: this experience was disappointing. FOOD: We chose to order a la carte rather than the tasting menu this time and selected quite a variety of dishes from the menu. While most were excellent, a few were just mid, nothing was bad. For our main course we ordered two whole fish, one fried and one grilled. I would expect since it took so long that the fish would be served hot. Unfortunately, they were served lukewarm at best. IDK, maybe it just sat there after being cooked before they brought it out of the kitchen. The fried fish was way too salty, and in contrast to that, the grilled one was bland, nothing about that fish tasted grilled at all. SERVICE: My previous experiences with service at J.A. establishments has always been outstanding. Unfortunately, this time our server appeared either disinterested in serving or just not in the mood to provide good today, absolutely subpar. In contrast, the food runners, bussers, and hosts were awesome. Overall, both the food and service were underwhelming and disappointing. It may have been an off night and given our previous positive experiences at other J.A. establishments, we will likely be back to Bazaar Mar for another try, anticipating a much better experience the next time around.

The service dos not match the price point. Wine service was poor. We couldn’t get an espresso with dessert because they gone have access to a machine once the secondary outlet closed. The overall service was solid to poor. Food was excellent. Price point is high and the bottom line is the service is not in line with pricing. Also, at the end of the day, you’re dining in a mall type environment. Lots of other choices I would put on our list to repeat or try before ever going back to this restaurant. disappointing overall experience.

I have been to many Jose Andre restaurants, I knew they were expensive. From a price x value perspective, this place is atrocious. Sub par food Poor drink mixing And it’s in a mall ( poor ambiance ) I think it doesn’t last unless a huge over haul.
