   The food was extremely salty. The service was not so great. It was off peak time so it was slow enough and a lot of servers standing around for our server to check on refills. Dessert (gelato) took so long to get that they had to reserve it because it melted. Everyone was nice and friendly but they could do better with wait time. There was really no reason for it to have taken so long.

   As anticipated and in line with previous visits! The service was outstanding and the food wonderful! Really enjoyed every minute! I recommend it to everyone!

   I highly recommend seeing Evan at the bar. Superlative service! Friendly, engaging and helpful. I’m a returning customer and know if I sit at the bar, I’ll get excellent service. Food is great!

   Food - It' not Italian. Calamari are served with jalapeno, tiramisu is soggy, focaccia is chewy, pasta is average., overpriced. Arancini are very small. There is no table cloth, tables are sticky. Christmas Eve had no special entree', dessert, nothing festive. Service - Waiters wear no name tags. They are not properly trained. Wear sloppy uniforms, some are lazy. Our table remained dirty with appetizers dishes, when our pasta was brought out, the waitress refused to pick them up, it was not her job. Our waiter claimed a $50 gift card covered a $154 dinner. Was he drunk? He left the chek-out machine on the table and disappeared. The table was by the kitchen door, maybe a last minute accomodation, despite the fact that my reservation was made well in advance. and BB Italia even called me to confirm! The piano is so loud, you can't hear anythingelse. Above the kitchen entry, there's a huge sign saying CARNE BOVINA, that means beef. What a weird choice.

   Lively Christmas Eve dinner. Well decorated and the piano was really nice. Food just average, ironically the pasta is the most mediocre; sauce tastes like tomato soup. Salmon excellent though. Server enthusiastic but very inexperienced.

   While the food and service received by our server, Angel was exceptional, my group of 5 did encounter less than stellar service from the food runners in our section. We were seated in the private room as an overflow measure, even though we had a reservation for the main dining room. The private room was set up sparsely with round tables too close to each other. / members of the party were seated with their backs and chairs in close proximity to the 2 tables behind them and when other guests were seated at those tables, there was virtually no walkable space between them. This didn’t stop the food runners from attempting to maneuver between the chairs and one runner in particular was rude and so insistent on fitting through the tiny space she physically touched a member of my party with her body on several occasions. After being asked to please go around and not attempt to continue to fit in between the chairs, she scoffed at the request and rolled her eyes before exiting the private room. We did not see this runner again and did not bring it up to management as there was no further escalation or incident.

    Went to dinner here last night with my boyfriend. First time we’ve both eaten here. The food was delicious!! We started with the shrimp scampi. Best scampi we’ve ever eaten. For dinner I had the 20 layer lasagna!! Huge plate of it. It was so good. Brought the rest home for leftovers. My boyfriend had clam linguini. He loved it. I highly recommend eating here!!
