BCN Taste & Tradition, the name gives a nod to Barcelona and the meld of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Chef Luis Roger relocated from Girona, Spain - trained under Michelin Chef Ferran Adria at elBulli- and taught at the renowned culinary school Aula Gastronomica de l’Emporada.

Located on a 1920’s era Victorian home in the trendy Montrose/Museum District (4210 Roseland St.). BCN Taste & Tradition will recreate an authentic Spanish style dining experience with unparalleled service. The menu will showcase all the fantastic, cutting-edge haute cuisine that put Spain on the world stage.

Credit card info required for reservations larger than 5 guests. A $50/person fee will be charged if you are unable to cancel within 48 of your scheduled time or if your party decreases in size within 24 of your reservation. No fee will be assessed for transferring the reservation to a different name.

    Simply one of the best restaurants in Houston and consistently so. The food is interesting and delicious and the service is absolutely top-notch. What a special place!

    One of the best dining experiences in Houston. We tried four different menu items and everything was excellent. Great ambiance, service, and wine list (and gin & tonic offerings- 10 different options). We sat at the bar, which is part of their seating by reservation. Definitely on our list to return to dine again soon.

    The food was from Spain. It was very good. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. He has food allergies which I had noted on the reservation. When we were seated, our waiter reviewed the allergies with him.

    Great place! The food was top notch; we had the onion soup w/gruyere croutons, the squid's ink bomba rice with seafood, and the salmon. The food was everything a one-star place should be - beautiful, well seasoned, creative, and well presented. Service was truly exceptional- very professional but also warm and personal. We will definitely return.

    Amazing service with excellent food. Pedro who was our waiter was so awesome and welcoming. He shared the history of the restaurant as well as the history on the art work. He went above and beyond and we really appreciate that
