BCN Taste & Tradition, the name gives a nod to Barcelona and the meld of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Chef Luis Roger relocated from Girona, Spain - trained under Michelin Chef Ferran Adria at elBulli- and taught at the renowned culinary school Aula Gastronomica de l’Emporada.

Located on a 1920’s era Victorian home in the trendy Montrose/Museum District (4210 Roseland St.). BCN Taste & Tradition will recreate an authentic Spanish style dining experience with unparalleled service. The menu will showcase all the fantastic, cutting-edge haute cuisine that put Spain on the world stage.

Credit card info required for reservations larger than 5 guests. A $50/person fee will be charged if you are unable to cancel within 48 of your scheduled time or if your party decreases in size within 24 of your reservation. No fee will be assessed for transferring the reservation to a different name.

    The cocktails were just as delicious as they were beautiful to look at. The food was unfussy with delicious ingredients and reasonable quantities. We are already planning the next visit there.

    A trip to Barcelona. Fantastic experience. Original works from Picasso, Dalí and Miró are there to be enjoyed. The food makes you remember the streets of Barcelona and all Catalan cuisine!! Service was 10/10!!!! Kudos to everyone!!!

    We decided to focus on appetizers and shared 5 between the 2 of us. Could’ve added an entree but that wouldn’t leave room for desert and the flan with toffee sauce was so good! The food was delicious. Service was impeccable and it was hard to not get excited over every dish described to us. If you like gin, they have very creative gin and tonics, best I’ve had anywhere. Pricey but worth it. I will be back!
