    Went for Christmas lunch as a family and the xmas meals were terrible, poor food quality, kids meals were basic overcooked chicken and chips, service they missed us with meals, overpriced for the basic food given

    The vegetarian option (not an extraordinary dietary requirement today) was disappointing. The starter was the same as the meat option but minus the chicken- no alternative protein. Lettuce and mango. The main was slightly better. Not sure a quarter of a red cabbage was what I had in mind for my Christmas dinner though. It was pleasant but not value for money.

    Had Xmas lunch here for the first time. The meal was perfect for us. Great view to the water from our table.The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning.

    The new Beef Nachos was not a good option this evening, we spent a lot of time fighting losing battles with the cheese topping which I’m pretty sure I got to stretch to 4 feet without breaking, making it such fun to eat in polite company.

    The food was rather okay. My chicken was coated with rosemary, the chips were nice along with the salad. I understood that it was definitely packed that night, so the kitchen must have been rather busy. The Crème Brûlée was also really good!

    We always enjoy the food, wine and views. The wine list continues to be excellent, but perhaps a wine of month might add some variety for regular diners. Thanks and keep up the good work.

    Just a comment: Enjoyed the Dinner But The steak on Turf and surf could of been better for the price but over all the meal was 7 out of 10 Seafood basket the batter was to think and spoiled the seafood inside 4out 10 Beef cheak 9 out of 10 Kids nuggets and chips the chips were over cooked 6 out of 10 But the over all experience was an 9 out of 10 and will be back for sure The service and staff were excellent. The wait period for meals was great. and would recommend the club anytime. Thank you David Johns
