The service was TERRIBLE! There were 2 other tables and it took us 30 min for a drink. 1 hour to order and 2 hours to get our food. Second drinks arrived an hour after ordering. Like 5 min before we left. Wait staff was nowhere to be found. Had to ask for check several times. The food was good but we'll never return. Idk how this place can stay in business. It was awkward how bad it was.

While searching for a different dining experience in my city. I saw the BEASTRO and was intrigued by the fusion of Island and Korean food, then I made a lunch reservation. The menu items that we chose were generous, more than we could eat in one sitting. I recommend the restaurant for the fusion experience. I will return for the dinner menu options which sounded tasty.

We’ve been to BEASTRO before when it first opened. We are Marshawn Lynch fans! We brought our friends for dinner over the weekend and enjoyed the atmosphere and appetizers. The place got busy and unfortunately our server was only by herself. We didn’t get 3 orders for over 45 mins so we decided to cancel it. We didn’t have our water refilled. Our server and bartender offered to remove the 3 orders in our bill and gave the food for us to take home.

We went for dinner and the dishes were hit and miss. For example, the cheesy corn was clearly canned corn with just mozzarella on it, and the steamed egg had zero seasoning; however, the kimchi pancake was pretty good, and the pork had good seasoning, but weird large sinewy cuts, made it a little hard to eat.

Our poor overworked but valiant server and the kitchen staff were run ragged with a whole restaurant-ful of diners. We kept wondering why there weren't more staff. Our order took a long time to come and that wasn't because of the lack of drive -- the restaurant clearly needs more kitchen and wait staff. The food was okay -- unimaginative serving of blocks of tofu around a pile of kimchi and pork. The drinks were good but a very light pour. We chose Beastro because it was close to the theatre we were attending, but I doubt we'll be coming back.

The service was terrible. The first server seemed annoyed we were there, clearly didn’t put in the drink order then the food took over 45 minutes to arrive. The tables around us that were there after came and left while we waited. No apology, no explanation. Very poor service.

Overall the restaurant was fine, though there was very clearly only one person working the entire dining area, doing all of the hosting, bartending, serving, and busing. She was working very hard and really hustling and putting in a ton of effort and I commend her on her work ethic in that situation, they clearly needed one or two more people working to support her. It also seemed like they may have only had one person working in the kitchen as the food was coming out relatively slowly, especially considering the dining room was at most half-full. The food was alright, nothing to write home about. One of us had the ramen and it had a good level of heat but nothing to make it standout otherwise for flavor. I had the lemon chicken which was fairly lacking in the lemon sauce to give it flavor, otherwise the underlying flavor of the chicken and breading was very good, but would have liked to have actually noticed the lemon flavor. I would have liked to inform management about how hard the lady working there was actually working but there was no one but her to speak to, so I tried the hotel front desk and while they appreciated what I was trying to do they made clear they weren’t associated with the restaurant. (On a side note the situation of the hotel front desk and the host station of the restaurant is a little co fusing and everyone we saw enter seemed to have the same confusion, you’d think they’d straighten that out.)

The food was great, the place was very understaffed for breakfast on a weekday, just one person to seat people, take orders, run the food and clean and the service suffered because of this.
