   Poor service. And the server we had doesn’t acknowledge even the basic concepts of what woild be good service— of how to approach, engage and address the table, what advice might be given about the menu and specifically whether entrees will come out together or 20 minutes apart, how to proceed courteously with ordering, what is and is not a professional or courteous and appropriate tone and manner, etc. — so it’s really not even worth talking with the server about what would improve their service, you will only precipitate an aggressive confrontation. Just don’t expect to be treated in a well-mannered fashion, and heads up that entrees will not come out together nor will you be informed of this at any point. Ambience is pleasant. Food itself is fine, still a bit inflated relative to value, but I don’t mean to quibble too much there. Two modest brunch entrees (waffle and shakshuka/eggs poached in spicy tomato sauce), one side of falafel, a coffee and a bloody mary come out to $100 before tip.

   We recently celebrated my husband’s surprise 50th birthday at Beatnik with a group of 20, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. The ambiance is stunning; every corner of the place feels beautifully curated, making it perfect for a memorable event. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were spot on—creative and well-crafted. From the start, the staff was incredibly accommodating. We initially booked for 18, but they adjusted the reservation without any issue. They also allowed us to do separate checks, which made it so much easier for everyone to order what they wanted without the hassle of sorting the bill afterward—a huge convenience! Our server handled it all smoothly, which we truly appreciated. If you're looking for a gorgeous venue with great food and top-notch service for a group event, I’d highly recommend Beatnik!

   service and ambience are amazing here. food was good. the pricing is insane… our table ordered some regular coffees and a couple diet cokes, none are listed on menu but we naively assumed they’d be normal pricing but nope. $7 for a can of diet coke, $7 for a plain black coffee. pretty ridiculous in my opinion. likely won’t be back but it was a good meal.

    This spot never ceases to amaze me. The space is gorgeous. The food is always on point. And the staff is warm and inviting. Can’t wait to return
