   To be fair our reservation was for 8:30 PM and they close at 9 but it was a Saturday night. We didn’t realize they closed so early. We were told that the kitchen was closing so we had to order right away. The food choice was confusing to us so we just went with “whatever”. Sadly this was a mistake.

   Service wasn’t great. Asked for refills on water several times. The house special pasta came out several minutes after the other dishes were served.

   Having reserved a table, we were asked to wait at the bar. We weren’t directed anywhere in particular and stood near the bar which we stood at for a while getting in numerous servers way before someone pointed us in the direction of the other bar that others were sat at. We still had to stand as it was incredibly busy and remained in the way of the servers as we had nowhere else to go. When we had waited for about 20 minutes we decided to leave as we had tickets to the theatre after. When we told someone we were leaving they told us that we had been called for our table. They did not seem to make much effort to find patrons to seat. When taken to our table we walked past the restrooms which had a strong odour radiating out. We were seated and waited a further 5 minutes before we were finally given a menu. The food was nice and had the service been better we really would have enjoyed ourselves. We overheard from another table that the dessert special was tiramisu, when I asked our server if we could order it she said they didn’t have it on the menu. We mentioned we thought it was a special and she still said no to which I responded indicating I’d specifically heard another server telling another table it was the special she finally went to check and confirmed they did infact have it. We finally asked for the bill and put down €200 for an approximately $130 which included a reasonable tip. We waited for our change and when the server walked past us asked why we were still there, we said we were waiting for our change. I’m sure others are can be incredibly generous with their tips and had the service been better we would have left more. But to assume a $70 tip was being left without asking seems ridiculous. Overall we were unfortunately disappointed by the overall experience we had and will unfortunately not return nor would we recommend to others.

   Dinner was wonderful! There were 4 of us and we all had the pasta trio along with the Osso Buco. That was delicious. Service was great, food was great and a really good value.

   Best Italian dish I've ever had. We really enjoyed the daily pasta sampler. Even with picky eaters, everyone enjoyed their dinner

   Food was very good, especially for the price. I would say the restaurant is fairly loud so if you're looking for someplace quiet, this probably isn't it. Waiter wasn't super friendly but didn't bother me. I would go back.

    For an Italian place, there are very limited pasta options. I wouldn’t recommend eating here if you have dietary restrictions as they are not accommodating. The tables are jam packed so that you can barely pull back your chair without hitting someone and getting out is extremely awkward. Even the waiter had to be creative in how to get to our table. Overall the food was pretty bland. Won’t be eating here again
