   We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on food but waited at the bar to let a member of staff know we were there as we’d booked a table. No one acknowledged me at all, not even to say they’d be with me in a minute. It wasnt even busy. I stood for a bit and waited and then we just left. The music was like walking into a kids disco. Not quite cocktail/early evening drink vibes. Wouldn’t have been able to hear each other talk. We are late 30s so not old either but the place just had no atmosphere. Shame!!

   We visited Beckets roof top bar as a couple , it’s a cosy boutique vibe inside and a chilled vibe outside . Great views of the city below . Knowledgable staff and a good variety of drinks on offer. Only serve do bar snacks nuts crisps - I would avoid the restaurant downstairs . It was busy on a Saturday when we went as it’s used by hotel and no hotel guest . Luckily we reserved a table ! I’m adding Becketts to our girls nights out too !

   Becketts is a cocktail bar, so no food available The host Vincent was amazing

   Arrived on time 12 o’clock to a locked door. The barman eventually opened it. No one else there, sat where we wanted. Ash trays and rubbish left over from night before. No beers or ciders as described on the menu. Just Perroni 330ml bottles for £6!. No food as described in the menu, just peanuts. Other than that, sunny day, great view.

   Disappointing… the only nice part was the view…has so much potential to be a great place for drinks, but was let down by several details which made you question why you were paying so much for each drink.

   Great cocktails but would have expected table service for the cost. Shame it closes at 6pm on a Sunday in the summer

   The service was horrendous. We waited half an hour for a drink at the bar only to find they had none of the 4 drinks we asked for, we then had to wait for one of the servers to go to the shop, yes the shop down the road! To buy some Prosecco!! At this point 2 other complaints were being made at the bar for the length of time it was taking for drinks. Endless glasses being smashed whilst clearing tables. It was just a shambles. When we visited 2 years ago it was outstanding. Won’t be returning though following this experience unfortunately

   Came for cocktails not food. The server was unfriendly and got my cocktail wrong. I told him it was my Birthday and he didn’t even acknowledge it. They’d run out of shot glasses so served my friends Prosecco for her pornstar martini in a tumbler. The table was dirty. I was so looking forward to this treat but it was completely disappointing.

    Generally disappointing. Tables weren’t cleared. There were lots of unoccupied tables and I could only get a 7.30 table three months ago and did check to see if there were cancellations. Bar staff very slow. Won’t be returning. It was a celebration for my daughters graduation so felt very disappointed
